MAGISTRATES' COURT.
[Before H. E. Curtis, A. Jones, and J. R. Dodson, Esqs., J. J.P.] Buckeridge v. Parsons.— Action to recover the sum of £11 5s for goods supplied. Mr Fell for the defendant argued that the wrong man was being sued, and asked for a nonsuit, but the Bench gave judgment for the amount . claimed and costs. Mr Pitt appeared for the plaintiff. H. Stafford v. Parker. — Action to recover £9 8s 2d, balance of account due. Mr Bunny appeared for the plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff for the amount claimed, with costs ' £1 9s. Middlemiss, v.
