[Before His Hoior Judge Beoad.] IN BANKRUPTCY. lie W. Carter Webb. Mr Pitt, who appeared for the debtor, said that he was negotiating with Mr Fell, who was acting for the New Zealand Insurance Company, and that it was undesirable to take an ordinary adjudication just now. The case was therefore adjourned until the second Monday in June.
