IMPERIAL SgHIBDIMJSHNAPPg Db. Hassall ; s Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 5< Holborn Viaduct, E C. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on a Sample of Imperial Schiedai Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the above named article to a very careful chemica analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are cc forth in a separate report show that thi spirit is of good strength, practically fre from acidity, and that it contains but* race of solid matter in solution. It possesses delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure an mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Scbnapp is a very superior article of its class, is wel purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) Abthub H. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is abso lutely free from any trace of fusil or othe: injurious impurity, and has evidently beei distilled from superior rye grain, always use< instead of malt in the production of thi choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is ver: smooth to the palate, and in this respect com part s favourably with other samples offerei for male. It may be advised as equally} luit able for medical or economic purposes.
