IMPERIAL il? Mia HIM i^HPHfrii Db. Hassall ; s Kefort. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 64, Holborn Viaduct, EC. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on & Sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very caraful chemica] analysis and examination. The results of th 9 analysis, which are bo forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but* races of solid matter in (solution.. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is weil purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) Abthur H. I Sir, — I have the honor [to report for youe Unforination that the sample of Imperial i Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to nic has been submitted to a searching chemical j analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me to state that it is the j Finest Sample' of Schnapps that as yet corns ; under my notice. i It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fucil or other ; injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior, rys grain, always used instead of malt in the production of the choicest, qualities of Schnapps, It is very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compart s favourably with other samples offered for aalo. It may. be advised as equally^ suitable for medical or economic purposes. X have the honour to ba, #a, (Signed) Wm. Johnson; Analytical Chemist to' ths Government ol Victoriai This Pure Medical Spirt, Superior to any in the Market, and Lower in Price, is offered ' to the Public under the full conviction that it ; will supersede all others now in use.
