Db. Hasball's Repobs. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, EC. London, Sth May, 1877. Report on, a : Sample of Imperial .Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results , of tha analysis, which are se forth in a Beparate report show that this spirit is of good etrength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but' races of solid matter involution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable .aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr East's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its clsss, ia well purified, and is quits genuine, (Signed) R. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of foul or otljier injurious impurity, and has evidently b6en distilled from superior rye grc-in, always used instead of malt in the production of ihe choicest qualities Of Schnapps.
