The Fatea is announced to sail for Patea on Monday next. The Murray sailed for West Coast, a full ship, at 2 o'clock this afternoon. The Kennedy arrived at Wellington at 7 o'clock this morning. She leaves on the return trip to-morrow. The Charles Edward leaves Greymouth this afternoon, and Westport to-morrow, arriving here on Sunday. The Taiaroa arrived at New Plymouth from Nelson at 7 a.m. to-day. The Kichard and Mary is now a week out from Oamaru, and therefore should turn up shortly. The Albion left Melbourne for New Zealand yesterday afternoon. She will be due at Hokitika on Tuesday afternoon. j The Wanaka arrived at Wellington at 5 a.m. to-day. She leaves there for Lyttelton in the afternoon, and returns to this port on Tuesday, sailing for Picton, Wellington, and South at 2 p.m. same day. The Australia, with the San Erancisco mail, will be due at Auckland to-morrow, but as she did not leave San Francisco until two days after her contract date, in all probability she will not arrive there until Sunday, although from her previous performances it is expected that she will make up the two days during the passage. The Strathnairn, bound from London for Adelaide, was run down on Eebruury 13, 37 miles west of Dshant, by the steamer Edith Hough, since arrived at Malaga. The crew of the Strathnairn, 18 in number, are all lost. She was commanded by Captain White, of Tayport, who had two sons on board. The remainder of the crew were shipped at London, and mostly belonged to the south of England. She had ao passengers on board.
