Sir,—ln your report of the proceedings at the last meeting of the City Council it was stated that the City Surveyor was instructed to have the footpath, on the Haven Road repaired. Up to the present time, however, nothing has been done in the matter, and I hope that at the Council meeting to-night some Councillor will take notice of this want of attention on the part of the Surveyor.
