Mr Fell appeared for the plaintiff who claimed £33* 6s 5d amount of calls and interest thereon due to the Company. Mr H. D. Jackson having proved that the amount was payable, Judgment went for the amount claimed and costs. Acton Adams v. J. Quigley (Reefton). Mr Percy Adams appeared for the plaintiff who claimed £27 9a 3J, balance due for money due on mortgage, for money paid for defendant's use and for interest' due. Judgment went for the plaintiff with costs £3 13s.
