[By Torres Strait Mail.] Cooktown, April 12. The Straits Times, of the 24th inst., states that Admiral Diperee, who commands the French Navy in China and Japan, has received orders for the military occupation of Tonguni by the expedition under the orders of Marquis Villers, Civil Governor of Cochin China.
