Report on a Sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr li. J. Hart. We have subjected a sampl? of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemicai analysis and examination. Tha results of tha analysis, which ara se forth in a separate report 'show that this spirit, is' of good strength, practically free from acidity, snd that it contain s. b i'. t - raoaß of solid matter iv solution. It possess a delicate and agresablsarcm'a, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hast's ScMedam Schnapps' is a very superior article of its class, is weil purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) K. Sir,— l. have the honor -to report for your information that -the -.sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by ycu to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables tne to state, that itiathe Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fiml or other injurious impurity, and bas evidently been distilled from superior rye groin, olways used, Instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualitits of Schnapps. It is very, smooth to tho palate, and in this respect comr pan s favourably with: other samples offered for aale. It may bs advised as equally} suitable for medical or economic purposes.
