Haet. We have eubjected a sample of the abovenamed, article, to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the -snalyeis, which are cc forth in a teparate report ahoy that this spirit ia of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but; races of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate .and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste.- Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article oi its class, is wail purified, and is quite genuine. Bast, Esg.\ Sir, — I havo the honor |to report for your information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to mo has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result ef which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come under my not i co. It has a pure .fragrant odour, and is absolutely fres from say trace of fue>il or other injurious impurity, rind has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, olways used instead of malt in the production oi tho choicest qualities of Schnappa, It is very smooth to tho palate, and in this reßpect compart s favourably with other samples offered for sale.
