Passengers: Miss Fitzgerald, Mesdames Cator, Graet, Walker and servant, Kettle and child, Dr Grant, Miss Bullard, Master Walker, Messrs Eastwood, Webb, Masters, Price, Rowe, Cullen, Busch, Cameron, Young, Burrows, Newport, and 3 others. — ketch Prospect, 21, Westrupp, from Pelorus Sound. The Kennedy sailed for Wellington this afternoon. The Murray leaves for West Coast ports at 6 p.m. to-morrow. . The next steamer calling at Karatnea will sbe the Kennedy leaving here on Friday next. The Charles Edward leaves Greymouth Sot Westport and Nelson to-morrow. ) The barque Brisbane with a cargo of sugar for Messrs John H. Cock and Co., and Messrs Sclanders and Co., arrived at Port Chalmers oh Saturday last, and may be expected here next week. - The Haweai leaves Wellington at 3 p.m. to-day, will arrive here early to morrow morning, and sail for Picton, Wellington, And South at four in the afternoon. The Albion left Melbourne last Wednesday afternoon, and should arrive off Hokilikft this evenieg. She leaves on Wednesday for West Coast, Newcastle, and Melbourne. The Stella left Wellington on Friday night, called at the Sandspit, and arrived here on Saturday afternoon. She left early this morning for the French Pass, where Captain Johnston and Mr.Blackett, who "were passengers by her, will determine which ia the best spot to erect a light there. The schooner Eosannah Rose, which was recently stranded near the Ure river, is well up on the beach, and it is doubtful if she Will ever come off again. The captain, crew, and cargo have been brought to Wellington, where an enquiry is to be held. The Wakatu arrived in harbor early yesterday morning from Wanganui. She " xeports very little water in the channel there, and although she was only drawing 5 feet 4 : inches some difficulty was experienced by her in getting out. The Wakatu sailed for j Wanganui and Wellington at 3 p.m. to-day. The Graf ton arrived here at ll § 30 a.m. •yesterday. She left Lyttelton at 6 p.m. on Thursday, and reached Wellington at 1 p.m. ,on Friday; sailed at 10 p m. xm Saturday, stayed an hour and a half at the Pass waiting for the tide, and arrived here as above. The Graf ton sailed for Westport and Greymouth at 11 a.m. to-day.
