Hart. We have subjected s sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of fcbe analysis, Tsrhicli sra Be forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains butr races of solid matter in eolution. It has a pure fragrant cdour, and io absolutely free from, any truco of futil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, olways used instead of malt in the production of tho choicest qualitit-8 of Schnapps.
