IMPERIAL D»» Habsali. ; 8 Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Eolborn Viaduct, E-C. London, 9th May, 1877. Report on & S&mpls of Imperial .Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected s sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of fcbe analysis, Tsrhicli sra Be forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains butr races of solid matter in eolution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Haet's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superio? article of its class, ia well purified, and is quits genuine. (Signed) Abthur H. It has a pure fragrant cdour, and io absolutely free from, any truco of futil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, olways used instead of malt in the production of tho choicest qualitit-8 of Schnapps. It le very smooth to tho palate, and in this respect ccmpßr< s favourably %vith other namples offered for ealo. It may ba advised as equally^ suitable for medical or economic purposes.
