Hart. . We have subjected a sampl? of the abovena!2s.Bd article to a very fiarsiul chemical analysis and esaniitsatioa, The restilts of the Bnaly«i3, which ars 89 forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but' races of solid naattfer in solution. It possesses a daiieate and agreeable aroma, and a puro and nsild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is wei! puriSed, and is quits genuine. Sir,— l have the honor ;to report for your information , that the sample of Imperial .Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by yon to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me. to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come under my notico. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of fufil or other injurious impurity, and tiaß evidently been distilled from superior rye groin, olways used instead of malt in the production of tho choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to tho palate, and in thiv respact cornpan b favourably, with other samples offered for *alo. It may be advised as equ&llyX«aitable for medical or economic purposes.
