[Rk-Jter 8 Telegrams per Pp'sss Association]. London, March 6. Arrived — Ship Invercargill, from Dunedin. A gun burst on board the Italian man-of-■war Diriles afc La Spezzia and ten sailors were wounded and the turret was damaged. A Russian named Hartmann, charged with complicity in the late destruction by fire of the Academy of Forest Culture, at Moscow, having escaped to France, the Russian Governmeut recently demanded the extradition of the fugitive. Tne French Government, however, refused to deliver him up to the Russian authorities, and he has since been deported to England.
