Report on & S'.Kipla of Imperial Schiedam Schciippo received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected & simply of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. Tbe results of _h« analysis, which aro se iorth in a -separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but* races of solid matter in solution. Jt possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps Is a very superior article of its class, ia well purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) abthur H. Sir,— l have the honor to report for your ; information that tbe sample of Imperial; Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me, has been submitted to a searching chemical: analysis and critical examination, the reeult; of which enahles me to state that it ib the Finest Sample of. Schnapps that as yst coma under my notice. It hss a pure fragrant odour, snd ls absolutely free from any trace of fusil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been, distilled from superior rye gr«in, olways used. inßtead of malt in the production of tha choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very, smooth to the palate, and in thie respect compart s favourably with other samples offered for _ale. It may be advised as equally* suitable for medical or economic purpeses.
