Esport on a Sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very carelul chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are se ; forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free .. from acidity, and that it contains but' races of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild -taste.
