To the Editor of mE 'Evening Mail.' Sir,~l beg to suggest that the money ', we have collected among us for the Irish : relief be sent home- in wheat. Whnt I mean i is that with the money in hand we should j buy>tbe corn from the farmers, thus enabling | them to contribute in tbat way, whereas perhaps many of them could not spare tbe I hard cash; keeping/of course, some money to > pay freight and other charges.— l am, &c, : -, -- ......
