We have subjected a ef.mpl. of the abovenamed article to a very carelul chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysie, whioh a?e se forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free . from acidity, and that it contains but' races of. solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure arid mild taste. Bir,—- 1 have the honor ;to report for your information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to rhe has. been submitted to a searching chemicjal analysis' and critical examination, the result of which enables me to state thst it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come under my notice. j It has a pure fragrant odour, and. is absolutely free from any trace of f ueil or oth^r injurious impurity, arid haß evidently bepi distilled from. superior rye grnih, olways used instead of malt in the production of the Choicest qualities, of Schnapps! It is velry smooth to the palate, and'in this respect compan s favourably with other samples offerpd for sale.
