Melbourne, Thursday. Arrived — Albion. The National Insurance Company have declared a dividend of eight per cent with a bonus of sixpence. Adelaide, Friday. A home telegram states that the new four per cent loan has been successfully floated. Stdnet, Friday. Two of Hungerford's sons have been charged with perjury by Jolby, the manager for Devenport and Fisher, who were recently cast in £1000 damages to Hungerford for trespass.
