Bart. We have subjected s aampl? of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The resalta of ths cnalyaia, which ore cc forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but' races of solid matter in solution. Jt possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a Very superior article of its class, is well purified, and is quits genuine. It has a pure fragrant odour, nnd - i 3 absolutely free from any trace of fo.-il or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, olways used Instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in thin respect compsn s favourably with other samples offered fbir aale.
