Report on a Saropla of Imperial Schiedara Schnapps received from Mr li. J. Hakt. We have subjected a sample of the abovenainad article to a very carsiul chemical analysis'and examination. The results of the Bnalyßie 3 which are «c forth in a separate report show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but' races of solid matter in solution. Jt possesses a delicate and agf ceabla aroma, and 'a pu?a and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is' a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and, is quit 3 genuine. i ' (Signed) a RTsrcE H. 'the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to b searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample, of Schnapps that as yet come under my notice. : It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fusil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently beon distilled from superior rye grain, olways used Instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Sehnappß. It is very smooth to the palate, and in thi* respect compan s favourably with other samples offered for *ale.
