The Comet and Reward were still lying at Waitapu when the Midge left on Saturday night., The latter is loaded, but as she draws some seven feet of water she has been detained until the tides make. It was expected that she would get out to-night. \The Taiaroa leaves Wellington at two o'clock this. afternoon, will arrive here tomorrow morning, arid sail for Picton, Wellington, and South at five o'clock in the afternoon. The Murray arrived in harbor at 11.20 a.m., yesterday, having left Wanganui at 7.30 p.m. on Saturday. Fine weather, with the see as smooth as a, mill pond, was experienced during the passage across.
