Blenheim. Passenger? : Mrs Bettany, Master Matthews, Messrs Matthews, Perryman. — si earner Murray, 78, Conway, from West Coast. — schooner Croydon Lass, 53, Curran, from Lytttelton. ;. — cutter Wave, 10, Ricketts, from Tata Islands. — cutter Planet, 12, Thorne, from Motu eka. The Kennedy leaves for West Coast ports at 7 o'clock this evening. The Charles Edward leaves Greymouth for Westporfc and Nelson this afternoon. The Murray left Westport last evening, and arrived here-this afternoon. She leaves for Wanganui at 5 p.m. ' The Lyttelton arrived here last night, and returns to Blenheim at 9 p.m. The schooner Croydon Lass, with a cargo of rails for the Nelson-Greymouth railway arrived here from Lyttelton this morning. The Ringarooraa, arrived at Melbourne yesterday* in plenty of time to catch the Siam, which leaves there with the Suez mail -to-day.-The Taiaroa arrived here at 12 o'clock . last night, and came into harbor early this morning. She left Onehunga on Wednesday afternoon, and arrived off New Plymouth early yesterday morning ; sailed for Nelson at 9 a m., and arrived here as above. The Taiaroa sailed for Picton and Wellington this afternoon. •-. The Waitaki arrived here at 430 thte , morning. She left Dunedin at 2-30 p.m. on tbe 19th, arriving at Lyttelton next morning; "saied at 4 p.m., and arrived at Wellington at noon on the 21st ; left at 9 a.m. yesterday, called at Picton, and arrived here as above. The Waitaki sails for Taranaki and Manukau at 5 p.m. : The French barque Arrogante left Port I Chalmers for Wollongong, New South Wales, on Saturday last. . The fine steamer Orient leaves Melbourne for Loudon on January 31. It ia expected ' ; that she will he filled np with passengers. There are none booked from Nelson, which is something unusual, as pievious steamers • belonging to the Orient Line have always conveyed Home some passengers from this place. The Orient calls at Naples on the way home. . • .The Union Company have made a concession to passengers for Sydney. Excursion X tickets will be issurd up to the end of February, available for the re.turn trip during March. This will be a great boon to those who wish to visit the Sydney Exhibition during the cooler month of March.
