We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a yery carelul chemical analysis and ezaaii&atSon. 4 The results of tha snalysle, which sto cc forth in a separate report show tha* this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but' r*ces of solid matter iv. solution. Jt possesses a delicate, nnd agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior ariicle- of its class, ia well purified, and is quits yenuine. (Signed) H. Sir,— -I havo the honor ;to report for yosr information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me to. state that it ia the Finest Sample ot Schnapps thut as yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of fiml or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye groin, olways used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps, It is very smooth to the palate, and in this rjespect compart s favourably with other samples offered for sale.
