The rsßulfcs of tha 'analysis, which ara no forth in a separate report tihov/ tbat thia spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, ..nd that it contain s but' races Of solid matter ih solution. It possesses a 'delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps ia a very superior article of its clas., is well purified, and is quite genuine. Sir,—! havo the honor °to report for your information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the 'result of which' enables me' to state that it ia the Finest Sampl. of Schnapps that as yet come tinder my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fusil or other injurious impurity, and baa evidently bean distilled from superior rye grain, olways used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It ie very smooth to the palate, and in this respec.compari c favourably with other samples offered for sale. It may bs advised aa equally} suitable for medical or economic purposes.
