On openiug the Supreme Court this morning, Mr. Joynt 'said that on ac:outit of the iuconvenience, public and private, he would not challenge any juror separately. After four challenges, one by the Crown, and three by Mr Joynt, a jury was empanelled, and the rioters are being tried together. The evidence is similar to that giveu in the Magistrates' Court.
