IMPERIAL Kb. Habsall'S Report. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, 54, Holborn Viaduct, EC London, 9th May, 1877. Report on s Saiapk of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected & sample of the abovenamed article to a very careiul chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which aro so forth in a eeparate report show that this spirit is of good otrength, practically free frona aridity, and that it contains but' races of solid matter ia solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr East's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of ita class, ia well purified, and is quite genuine. (Signed) Arthur H. BABT.EBq. ; j Bir,— l have the honor .to report for your information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been, submitted to a searching chemical analysis, and critical examination, the result cjf which , enables me ,to state that it is the Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet come tinder my notice. It bRS a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of fowl or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from' superior rye grain, olways used ibatead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth %o the palate, and in this respect compart s favourably with other samples offered fpr .sale.
