An amnesty has been granted to all except the leaders of the rebellion. General Gough's force has occupied the Bala Hissar. ,St. Peteksbubgh, Jan. 6. „- Her Majesty the Empress has suffered a relapse, and is again in a critical state of health. London, January 7. ;."• News has been received that an insurrecy tion had broken out in Bolivia. The President has been overthrown, and has fled. The insurrection is attributed to the ill success of Bolivia in the war with Chili. Capetown, January 6. The Secretary of the People's Committee in Transvaal, who was recently arrested for treason, has been committed for trial, but baa been liberated on bail.
