Hart. We have subjected a sanopi?- of the abo?enamed article to a very carefol chemical analysis and exammstlon. The results of tfao analysis, which ase tse forth In a separate report show tbas this spirit is of gcod strength, practically free JTOE3 acidity, and that is contains but' races of solid nitiWer in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeabk aroma, and a pure and mildfcaßte. It has a pure fragrant odour, and lfl absolutely free from any twee of i u*il or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, ohvays used iaatead of malt in the production of the choicest qualitiej of Schnapps. It is very smooth to tho palate, and in thi* respect compar« s favourably with other samplee offered tor sale. It may ba advised as equally^ suitable for medical or economic purposes.
