Edinburgh, belonging to the Telegraph Construction and Maintenance Company, sailed on October 11, with the Singapore section and part of the Port Darwin section of the duplicate Australian cable. The Bhip Lutterworth, well-known in Nelson; arrived at Wellington from London on Friday last. She is still commanded by Captain Pearson. The Wallington arrived in harbor at 8 a.m to-day. She left Wellington at 2 p.m. yesterday, and reached Picton at 730 p.m.; sailed at 10 p.m. and arrived here as above Strong N.W. winds were experienced in the Straits. The Wellington sailed for Picton, "Welllington, and South by the same tide at 10 a.m. The Murray arrived from West Coast ports at nine this morning.
