For, who is leaving Nelson, to sell by PUBLIC AUCTION, At the Nelson Auction Rooms, On WEDNESDAY, January 7tb, 1880, at Twelve o'clock, ALL HIS VALUABLE PROPERTIES, Viz : LOT 1. Sections 131 and 133 an the plan of Waimea East, situate at Hope. They contain 100 acres more or less, on which is a Dwelling, Stables, and other Outbuildings, with a Well 40 feet deep, brick* d all round, and yielding a bountiful supply of water The ground is well fenced, has a frontage to two roads and is divided into filty-acre paddocks, now growing 90 acres barley, and remainder oats, which will be sold with or without the ground. This property is situate near the railway lice, and within about quarter of aa hour's walk of the Hope Station. LOT 2. Sections 84, Suburb in South, Stoke, adjoining the properties of H. H.
