Sir,— l have the honor to report for you information that the sample of Imperia Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to m has been submitted to a searching chemica analysis and critical examination, the repul of which enables me to state that it is th Finest Sample of Schnapps that as yet com under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is afcsc lutely free from any trace of fiwl or othc injurious impurity, and has evidently bee distilled from superior rys grain, olways use instead of malt in the production of tt choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is vei " smooth to the palatp, and in this resptct con ' par< s favourably with other samples offfcre I lor «ale. It may be advised as equally* sui able for medical or economic purposes.
