Wellington, Friday night. Mr Whitaker announced that Colonel Scratcbley would visit the colony next January. On the second reading of the Qualification of Electors Bill, about 15 members spoke, all briefly, and generally in favor of the' Bill. The debate was interrupted at 5.30.
