Schnapps received from Mr U. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are se forth in a separate report show that this ■ spirit is of good strength, practically free i from acidity, and that It contains but traces I of solid matter in solution. It possesses a j Delicate and agreeable aroma/ and a jure and i mild tarte.
