Report on a Sample of Imperial .Schiedam -■Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. We have subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which ara se forth in a separate report show tbat this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution, lt possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure aiid mild taste. Mr Habt'b Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and ia quite genuine. 7 (Signed) Arthur H. Has-All, M.D„ Anthor of •« Food and its Adulteration."
