We have subjected a aftmple of tht abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination The results of the analysis, which ara se forth in a separate report show tbat this j spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces ! of solid matter in solution, lt possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste.
