Melbourne, Friday. Advices by the Snez mail report the following departures from London from July 18 to July 31 :— For Wellington, Wairoa; for Otago, CalypßO; for Auckland, Anazi and' Waikato. The discussion on the Reform Bill still continues. A special call of the House has been made for the 25th inst, when the divisions on the qoestfon will take place. In all the divisions on tbe Budget, the Government have succeeded in obtaining the majority. Arrived ; Albion, from the Bluff.
