Absolute Security from Loss.— lf from any rea.on, a policy-bolder is unable to continue his pajments, he can, after having made three annual payments, eell his policy back to the Department for one generally greater than the amount he bas paid, free of iuture premiums ; or if he does not desire to sell out, the Department will give him credit for the premiums in arrear for nearly half as long again as he has paid, charging interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum only on the amount overdue, or the Department grant loans for 90 per cent, of surrender value at 7 per cent, interest.
