The Wallace leaves for Wanganui direct at 7 o'clock this evening. The Kennedy arrived at Hokitika yesterday. She leaves for, and is expected ttl Greymouth tbis afternoon.

The Charles Edward leaves Greymouth this afternoon, and Westport to-morrow afternoon, arriving Irere on Wednesday. The schooner signalled on Saturday proved to be the Awaroa from Wanganui. She retarns to the same port at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Wellington leaves Wellington tonight, will arrive here about midday to-mor-row, and sail for Picton and Wellington hy the sane tide at 2 p.m. The Arawata sailed for Wellington, South, and Melbourne at 11.45 a.m. yesterday. She leaves the former port for Lyttelton this afternoon.

The Wanganui leaves Wellington this afternoon, will arrive here tomorrow morning, and sail for Westport and Greymouth the same day. The Maori arrived here yesterday afternoon, having left Dunedin on Friday afternoon, and Lyttelton on Saturday afternoon, ©he sailed for West Coast ports at 1 p.ra. to-day.

On her next trip to New Zealand the Arawata will be placed in the graving dock at Port Chalmers for the purpose of being cleaned and painted. In consequence of this delay she will uot come to Nelson. The Lyttelton sailed for Blenheim yesterday afternoon, and when between Cro'ixelles and the French Pass experienced a S.E. gale with heavy sea, and as she could make no headway against it, and shelter conld not be obtained, Captain Scctt decided to rnn back to Nelson, where the Lyttelton arrived at 1 a.m. today. She starts again for Blenheim this afternoon.
