Stdney, Thursday. The Austrian corvette Heligoland haa arrived, bringing the Imperial Commissioners and the Austro-Hungarian exhibits for the International Exhibition. Bbisbane, Thursday. In the Assembly the Opposition are obstructing the passing of the Loan Bill. I n the estimates the £100,000 vote for immigration was passed. Adelaide, Thursday Arrived — City of London. The Legislative Assembly negatived the rote of want of confidence in the Ministry. Melbourne, Friday. In the Legislative Assembly last night a division was taken on the first item of the budget, when the Government had a majority of four.
