WEixnranroN, Saturday night. A strong north-west gale has prevailed during the last two days. The north-west end of the new drill shed was blown in this afternoon. It was intended to open the phed by a promenade concert this evening.

Mr Dick promised that (he subject should receive the earnest consideration of the Government.
