Absolute Fecurity from Loss. — If from any reaton, a policy-bo'der is unable to continue his payments, he can, after having made three annual payments, sell his policy back to the Department for one generally greater than the amount he has paid, free of future premiums ; or if he does not desire to sell out, the Department will give him credit for the premiums in ariear for nearly balf as long again as he has paid, charging interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum only on the amount overdue, or the Department grant loans for 90 per cett. of surrender value at 7 per cent, interest.
