[Raima's Telegrams per Press Aqbncy.] Sydney, Wednesday. The Torres Straits mail steamer Somerset bas arrived at Cooktown. According to news from Singapore, relations between China and Japan were in a critical state, owing to the difficulty regarding Foo Choo Island. A portion of the Somerset's cargo, consisting of tea and sundries, is for New Zealand.
