Absolute Security from Loss —If from any reason, a policy-ho'der is unable to continue bis pajments, he ran, after having made three annual payments, sell his policy back to the Department for one generally greater tban the «mouut he has paid, free of future premiums ; or if he does not desire to sell out, the Department will give him credit for the premiums in arrear for nearly half as long again as he has paid, charging interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum only on the amount overdue, or the Department grant loana for 90 per cent, of surrender valne at 7 per cent, interest.
