Absolute Security from Loss. — If from any reafon, a policy-bo'der is unable to continue his pajments, he can, alter having made three annual payments, eeU bia policy back to the Department fcr one generally greater tban the amount he has paid, free of future premiums ; or if he does not desire to eell out, the Department will give him credit for the premiums in an ear for nearly half as long again an he has paid, charging interest at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum only on the amount overdue, or the Department grant loans for 90 per cent, of surrender value at 7 per cent interest.
