[Per Albion at the Bluff.] Blackwell, the Conservative candidate, beat Gray of tbe Reform League, and a Ministerial nominee by 82 for Fitzroy. Large deputations of the unemployed wait upon Mr Berry soliciting work. The Government have appointed a Board to ascertain where relief can be found. Work is provided in some quarters, but still they are discontented, and many are disinclined to quit the metropolis
