The investigation of the affairs ia satisfactory, and £30,000 wiii fully cover any likely loss. A call of £\ in two instalments in July and August will be made. The Provincial Bank investigation shows the expected assets to realise £15,000 to £20,000 more than was estimated. A call of £1 and the present assets will cover all liabilities. It has been resolved to voluntarily wind np. '
