Beport on & Sample oi Imperial.Scbiedam Schnapps received from Mr H. J. Hart. ' We hate subjected a sample of the abovenamed article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are se forth in a separate report show that thia spirit ia, of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contHiris but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable, aroma, and a pure and mildta?te. Mr Habt's Schiedam Schnapps j is a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and is quite genuine. ' Sir,— l have the honor "to report for yobr information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to ibe has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me to state that it is the Finest Sample oi Schnapps that as yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and Is absolutely free from any trace of f^fil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, olwaya uded instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It is vdry smooth to the palate, and in thit tespect cornpan s favourably With other samples offered for sale.
