WOOL RISING. St Petersburg, May 15. Numerous destructive fires have recently occurred in Eastern Russia. They are supposed to be the work of incandiaries It i 3 officially aniionnced by the Russian Government that the evacuation of the Turkish provinces will terminate by the 25th July. London, May 15. The wool sales opened to day with au " advance of a halfpenny to one penny on crossoreds. Cape news to the 29th April states that no military movement has yet taken place. At a late meeting of the Boers, on their separating, they entrusted the Governor and High Commissioner with a memorial to the Queen favoring a declaration of their independence, to which Sir Bartle Frere refused his support. r
